Cancellation policy
- Registration fees are refundable if a written cancellation is received by Iris Events Management before 1 May 2027.
- Accommodation payments will be refunded as one night if a written cancellation is received by Iris Events Management before 1 May 2027.
- No refund for cancellations received on or after 1 May 2027. The no-show policy applies.
- All refunds will be made after the congress.
